This Japanese bread knife has a characteristic long serrated blade. Thanks to its serrated edge, it easily slices very crispy bread or baguettes without pushing down the crumb and crushing the crust. Ergonomic anti-slip handle for safe and comfortable work.
Welded Damascus steel with 67 different layers. Damascus steel, from Takefu steelworks, is an extremely durable material, made by layering at least two types of steel or other metals with special technology, which gives you both – robust performance and a distinct layered structure.
Handles are made from Maple wood, treated by the Keboy method (a way of wood preservation from Norway, mostly used in polar expeditions).
Length 205/305 mm.
